CRM Liberator ("Service") is a web application operated by LuciLead that enables users to export data from their CRM systems and optionally sync data between CRM platforms. The Service is available at crmtools.lucilead.com.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
By connecting a CRM through OAuth, you represent that you have the authority to access and export the data in that CRM account. We access your CRM data in read-only mode unless you explicitly use cross-CRM sync features. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your CRM from the dashboard.
Export files are stored temporarily on our servers and automatically deleted after 7 days. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-128 (Fernet) encryption. We do not sell, share, or use your CRM data for any purpose other than providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Free accounts are limited to 1,000 records and basic entity types. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. One-time payments are non-recurring. Subscription plans auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party CRM APIs which may experience downtime or rate limiting outside our control. We are not liable for export failures caused by CRM API outages.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LuciLead is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, all your data (including export files and OAuth tokens) will be deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
